We have been attending the North Mission Church of Christ since we got here in January. It has been a very good experience for Mary and I. We really enjoy the service and the people. Jeff LupPlace is the preacher and he always has very relevant messages for todays world. Jeff was a preacher in Antlers, Oklahoma for a while.

I really enjoyed reading through the bulletin. It looks like they really value their “winter Texans”. I also saw what they call “Shepherd Talk Time” on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10-2. I’m curious what all that means. It is just shepherds that make themselves available during those times? I’m also curious about what W.A.L.K. Singing instruction might be. Thanks for including the bulletin.

Shepherd talk time is one Elder at the church during this time to visit with anyone that might want to talk.
I’m not real sure about W.A.L.K. I think it’s for new members and Spanish speaking members to help them learn the songs we sing during worship.
